HYDRATION STATIONS / NUTRITION:
Participants will cross Hydration Stations roughly every two miles on the course. Hydration Stations will be equipped with the following: water, electrolyte drink, GU gels, and other fuel. Please do not litter on course and dispose of your trash at the Hydration stations. We do have a team that sweeps the entire course for garbage post race, but please make their life easier and do not litter on the course.
Marathon - 12 Hydration Stations
Half Marathon - 6 Hydration Stations
10K - 2 Hydration Stations
5K - 1 Hydration Station

Saturday, May 2nd - Albertson's HQ 5:00am - 7:30 am(250 E Parkcenter Blvd, Boise, ID 83706)
TOILETS:
Portable toilets will be available in the start / finish area and near each hydration station. (Please note, the City of Eagle does not allow Portable Toilets placed on or near the Greenbelt. Please plan accordingly!!!)
START TIMES:
All starts will be mass starts with chip timing.
Marathon - 6:30 a.m.
Half Marathon - 8:00 a.m.
10K - 9:00 a.m.
5K - 9:00 a.m.
The course is set to close at 2:00pm. (We'll still wait on you though.)
FINISH PHOTOS:
OYO (On your own) - SMILE! - You all have amazing cameras in the palms of your hand.
PARKING:
Loads of free parking is available at the finish line!
GEAR CHECK:
Gear check for HALF marathoners will be located at the Start. While you are on the bus, please place clothing only (NO VALUABLES) in YOUR own personal bag. There will be tape and markers on the bus. Make sure your name and bib # are written on the OUTSIDE of your bag and place it in the gear check area at the start. The bags will be returned to the check-in table at the finish area.
Gear check for ALL other distances will be located under the black registration tent. Please place clothing only(NO VALUABLES) in YOUR own personal bag. Make sure your name and bib # are written on the OUTSIDE of the bag. Tape and markers will be available.
